Hi,
Is there a copy of the recommended method for filling the steering system on the Sirocco 26?
If anyone has filled their system, could they give me any tips, please?
My main concern is that, if I don't fill the new cylinder first, whether the reservalve (?) has
enough capacity to do the job in one go, or will I have to top up the reservalve to complete the fill?
In which case, will the fluid start running out whilst I am trying to refill it?
If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.

Re: Proceedure for filling Sirocco steering system
Hi, if you fill the reservalve, close it and pressurize it, you can then open the cylinder line to bleed the system to the cylinder. after bleeding the lines you can then actuate the cylinder and proceed to the system bleed procedure. There are a couple of pdf's available online for bleeding the system. see this: http://cworthy.net/boat/documents/Hynau ... Maunal.pdf
