Gibb genoa sheet car

Has anyone replaced the genoa sheet car or car sheaves on a Quest (or perhaps an Event with Gibb cars)? Mine were made by Gibb and run on a 25mm T bar (presumably also by Gibb)? If so what did you use and where did you source it or have it made?

I haven't been able to find any suitable sheaves to swap in. The Barton car is similar although only 80mm long instead of 120 but the plunger pin is smaller than the Gibb and I don't like the prospect of a slack fit.
