What is my boat worth

I have a 1978 Prout Quest 31, it is fully restored. I have a complete new interior, complete exterior paint, hulls were professionally done. New rub rail, all elctric and plumbing is new, all lighting is now LED, I even had the motor rebuilt top to bottom. The boat is in great shape, and I love to sail her, but it is just to much boat for my wife and I. We do mainly day sailing on lake Michigan. I have maybe the only Prout quest 31....with a trailer......it is a huge trailer! I don't want to even add up what I have into this boat.....I know how much the complete new headliner, and all of the cushions cost, I guess what would be a fair value? It is not a project, this is a really great boat.....any ideas would be appreciated!
