Electrical Panel for Prout Escale 39

Hello,
I am looking for a replacement for the OEM electrical panel on my Prout 39 Escale. I could go with an after market version but would miss out on the nice Prout sailboat outline which shows which exterior lights are illuminated (running masthead, anchor …). The switches all work fine it is just the decal (face plate) which identifies each switch has started pealing off in large portions and soon I fear the entire decal will fail.
