Sillette Transom Plate

The Sillette Transom Plate is no longer an available part, and used on Prouts and Gemini Boats.

Repair is the only option. I attached a picture of a very good looking repair. Does anyone recognize it from this forum?

I'd like to know more about it, whether there are any descriptions or drawings, contact with who did it.
