My engine
I have a petrol Honda 25HP, 4 strokes, installed by the previous owner on my Prout Snowgoose 35 1973. We sailed it from Florida to Quebec without any problem but water in one of the tank. We did not face very rough weather so I cannot tell if 25HP is enough power or not facing wind in a choppy sea. ...

Hi, On my Prout 34-35, 1973, the previous owner removed the inboard and put a 25HP outboard instead. He also attached 2 cables, one from each rudder, to the rear of the engine so the engine will turn with the rudders. HI,
We have a Prout 34-35, 1973 in Quebec, Canada.
I want to replace our davit with a stronger one where I can also put the Wind generator, maybe the back stays, etc.
If anyone has some pictures of theirs, or any good advices I will appreciate.
