Hi There Ive always had our Prout 50 lifted out with a travel lift and no problems so far. However I can foresee a time when one is not available and maybe looking a "sea lift" or similar which lifts under the bridge deck. I'm interested to know if any other Prout 50 owners have done it th...

We bought our Quasar 50 in April 2015 for about 13 percent less than asking price.

As to the loaded weight *( displacement) well ours was quoted to us as empty weight 16 tonnes , 2 tonnes of ships "ballast" and then 2 tonnes water and fuel.

So all up fully laden about 20 tonnes ( 20,000 kg)

We have a 19 89 Quasar and the capacities from the former owners are:

Water 164 Litres per tank x 2, ( in Keels) and Fuel 421 Litres x 2.

We have graduated measuring sticks for both and they seem accurate as best as I can judge.
