In my port aft berth there appears to be a large area under the bed that is inaccessible. this hatch shown is to a small chamber but the remaining space behind it is walled off. I cannot remove the yoke pins to replace the large gaiter that is leaking gear oil . Has anyone successfully found a way to replace or seal a gaiter in place?

does anyone have manufacturer specs for the quest 31 or construction drawings? If not, how do you tune your rigging? I acquired a '78 last year and want to open and inspect the water tight compartments as well as plan for running power to the bow - schematic drawings would be really helpful. thanks
